The Committee of the Whole discusses issues of relevance to the entire RDN. Meetings start at 3 pm but the length of meetings is variable and is determined by the agenda.

Meetings are viewable online or in person at the Regional District of Nanaimo office. With the COVID-19 pandemic the majority of Board and staff members will be participating remotely via teleconference. During the pandemic, in-person seating will be limited.
