Meetings are typically viewable online or in person at the Regional District of Nanaimo office, and typically begin at 7 pm.

The RDN Board has adapted its meetings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:

During the COVID-19 pandemic meetings will begin at 10 am. The length of the meetings is variable and is determined by the agenda. With the COVID-19 pandemic the majority of Board and staff members will be participating remotely via teleconference. The public can review the agenda and reports, and listen to audio of the meetings by clicking on the link below.
